The electro-permanent magnetic system is appreciated worldwide for its reliability and efficiency. Generating a measurable and constant magnetic force, and requiring electricity only at the time of magnetisation and demagnetisation of the work-pieces, it is perfect for clamping, moving and lifting ferrous objects.
The electro-permanent magnetic system clamps the work-piece in a few seconds, greatly reducing set up times and movement speed.
Electro-Permanent magnetic systems exploit the ability to generate magnetic force using electricity only during the magnetization and demagnetization phases, which last only a few seconds. This operating principle allows the energy consumption to be extremely reduced by magnetising the component to be clamped, lifted and/or moved and nothing can change its state except an electrical impulse for demagnetisation.
The electro-permanent system offers greater advantages in terms of clamping safety against voltage drops and its duration, as the piece is magnetised with a physical action without the continuous use of electrical, pneumatic or hydraulic energy sources. All of which also results in reduced maintenance times and costs.
