SPD provides a range of services, both in pre-sales and aftersales, of magnetic products, to support the customer in the implementation or resolution of every need. The services we offer are:
- DESIGN
We approach the clients with a careful analysis of their requests and needs, building together with them the best solutions for their business. After the analysis follow the design, prototyping and finalisation phases.
- TRAINING
We provide training and information on the appropriate use of the supplied magnetic product.
- SPARE PARTS
We provide spare parts for our products in case of malfunction or for warehouse stock, so as to have the necessary spare part always available for any eventuality.
- MAINTENANCE
If our products show a malfunction, we handle the maintenance and resolution of the problem. Please also note that SPD products have 12 months warranty from the date of shipment, as stated in the use and maintenance manual, which is valid under the following conditions:
– expected use during a work shift.
– compliance with maintenance and lubrication intervals
– compliance with environmental and operating conditions
Parts that are in direct contact with the workpiece and parts
subject to wear are excluded from the warranty.
- SUPPORT
